Upon acceptance of my entry, I agree to act in accordance with the instructions of the officials of the event. Further I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified Gordon Bennett Irish Classic Car Run, and the owners and lessees of any lands used for the event and – their respective officials, servants, representatives or agents demands in respect of death of or injury to or loss or damage to the person or property of myself, my driver(s), passenger(s) or mechanic(s) as case may be howsoever – caused arising out of or in connection with my taking part in this event notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by – the said bodies, their officials, servants, representatives or agents. Furthermore, in respect of any parts of this event on ground where the Third Party Insurance is not required by Law, this agreement shall in addition to the parties named above extend to all and other competitors and their servants or agents. I confirm that the vehicle with which I participate will be fully covered by insurance for my participation wherewith for the whole period of the event in accordance with the Road Traffic Acts. All entries will be at the discretion of the organising committee.
